Many people on this site are concerned with fitness, nutrition and their health in general. I personally love reading, and I also love learning about nutrition and how to improve the way I eat in order to maintain a healthy weight and body. I'm sure there are some people on here who also enjoy reading books on nutrition just as much as I do so I thought I'd share my favourite one with everyone.
Tosca Reno is the author of "The Eat Clean Diet" and is also someone who is in amazing shape. She used to be over 200 pounds, but after starting to "eat clean" has lost a lot of weight and looks amazing. In her book she provides alot of very valuable information that may help alot of people attain their current goals. She explains the importance of "eating clean" (and explains what is best to eat) and the importance of excersise.
