This is crazy. I know I want this so bad- though, I just ate a sandwich from SubWay and I'm sure it filled with calories I don't need... How good am I? Though, my excuse is I will be going for a walk soon. Plus I had been shopping so there was no energy left for making dinner. Well, I'll try better- it's a promise.

Does anyone have a good tip on how to get a great weekend detox? Any recipes?:-)

by the way I am a 59 year old woman with about 50lbs excess weight.. I have a sedentary job I am invovled in mild/moderate exercise on weekends on the farm, and every other morning on my gazelle and rebounder. not enough, however. I have been gaining about 4 to 5 pounds a year since menepause
