Yeah. I was totally blown away by the coincidence! My name....my youngest daughter is into CareBears, so much so that she's given each of us in the family a carebear name. BUT, this is a fitness site, so I decided my name should also reflect my interest in that area, so I combine my love for running with my CareBear name (Wishbear, in case you're familiar with the CareBears), and voile! And I have to agree...WAY too cool for words. Shelly and I have been fun getting to know each other!

Too cool for words, that's how cool! We think more alike than we knew!! I knew you and my daughter would have things in common. It's neat that we all found one another here! Runningbrear, just curious how did you decide to be running brear?

You have a huge "why" and you will. My drug was food. My "why" is my daughter and the many people I can help with my story.

Sadly, my kids don't have any living grandparents. My mother had me at 40, but she was anything but a young 40. She smoked, had terribly high blood pressure, underwent bypass surgery, and finally died of cardiac arrest. I want not only to be around for my kids for a long time, I want to be healthy, active, and involved in their lives.

Thank you! Now I am working on my physcal and mental self. I am 62 and having great "luck" at keeping my rheumatoid and osteo arthritis at bay without pain meds but really need to get into weight bearing things for my bone density as well. I must find some fun things to do that do not require a lot of coordination. I want to become obsessed with working out!! I looked your pictures and I think you would have a lot in common with my daughter..except for children. I am not a grandma except to 3 canines!!!

WOW! Congratulations on the tremendous weight loss accomplishment!! You two really do look a lot alike. I'm actually really close with my daughter as well. I also have 2 other children, a son 17 and a daughter not quite 5.

I am my mom, lol. The other is my daughter, Shelly. Of course it's a compliment to me and Ithink she would think so too. We are very close. I will be finishing my profile and stuff but got on a phot roll last night. I had one more that I needed to put in but had too many. It was of me weighing 351# taken in July 2002. I stil will but will need to delete one first. Thank you for your comments!~Judy

Great photos. You really look like your Mom. Hope that' s a compliment, because it's intended to be one! My 19 year old daughter cringes when someone tells her that, though ; )
