About Me
I recently got certified by the AFPA and am now finishing a course in Fitness & Nutrition online. I plan on getting certified by the ISSA as a personal trainer and performance nutrtionist.
My company sells goods to physio-therapists, personal trainers, chiropractors, osteopaths and health food stores.
I also recently took a very part-time job at GNC to help me learn more about vitamins and supplements.
I am a lover of health and fitness and I want to help make the world a healthier place.

Favorite Time(s) To Workout
Any time is a great time. I used to work out mostly in the evenings, but with my new schedule I will be working out mostly in the early morning.
Favorite Activities
Going to the gym, biking, weightlifting, any cardio activity, nutrition, surfing the net for great info.
I enjoy good movies and I love all types of music. Martial arts are always fun and great to learn. I want to get into serious volleyball and rollerblading!
Fitness Center Pet Peeves (what/who annoys you at the gym?)
It gets on my nerves when young teens come to work out, spend most of the time talking, and refuse to listen to advise of people who have been training for years and sincerely want to offer benefitial advise.
