plucky Good ol' fashioned Quaker oats... MMMMMM.... Gotta love 'em! That's breakfast every day for me: oatmeal (mix in a little granola cereal or some blueberries and a splash of half-n-half) and a banana.

CountAight How is that Animal Flex working out for you? I have the worst joint pains while working out.
CountAight on 3/13/2008 in response to LoiacanoA

LoiacanoA I do not take all my supplements at the same time. I take a joint supplement (ANIMAL FLEX) after my first meal of the day. I take one Animal Pak 30 Minutes before my workout. I take Animal Nitro G as I'm driving to the gym. I take Torrent after my workout. As far as results I would say they all have done a good job. Since I've been taking the FLEX my shoulder hasn't been bothering me as much. I get better pumps and workouts when I take Animal Pak and Nitro G before my workout, and I've made good gains using Torrent postworkout. Hope this helps!

onestrongman Hey Aaron, Do you take all your supplements at the same time? Also, how would you judge their results? Thanks
onestrongman on 2/15/2008

Mitch ohh, ok.. that is a good idea on the mix though. it's like you're making your own supplement.
