About Me
My Name is John Fit and I live by the amazing Beaches of Sarasota, Florida. I'm 27 years old and graduated from THE Florida State University (A drinking School with a Football Problem!). I've always been athletic playing every sport I could get my hands on in high school and played some collegiate golf on the Division 1 Level. While attending my freshman year @ college I noticed that all the Dudes with the muscles got the girls! I needed to get in on that.. So, I hit the weights and put on some muscle meeting all my goals. I take a bit of different approach to getting shape in that, I'm not into getting bulky.. I stay lean all year, but keep my hard and dense muscle. I look more like a surfer than anything else, with long lean muscles, but my look has landed me a number of modeling opportunities, so I'm gonna stick with this approach.
As far as professionally, I run a number of small businesses and work constantly. I'm a highly motivated entrepenuer and love working people. My life is crazy, but making deals in a number of financial industries gets my blood going like pushing out that last rep! My life is great and now I want to share how I've got to this point and educate young people.
I love working out and making money, and hope to offer assistance to anyone looking to grow as a person and improve on anything from their love life & making money, to muscles and cutting body fat.
My Site (WWW.JohnFit.COM) is an open forum for this type of conversation.. Feel free to jump and throw me your opinions.. The Feeback is great!

Love this opportunity to meet all of you! Thanks for having me!

JohnFit haha! yeah.. Healthy Crack is a great leaning agent to fire up the metabolism! (jk) True.. You do always want what you can't have.. Sounds like you have a really dense frame.. I'd probably be doing a bit more cardio if I were you and lay off the low reps (lay off the weight all together).. I know understand the thought behind low reps not tearing down muscle, but if you're getting stronger and ripping up those fast twitch fibers, you're stretching your muscles out and they will grow (especially for you).. This is good if growth is what you're looking for, but I'd probably turn to a total body circuit training, only lifting 3 days a week with as little rest in between sets as you can handle.. Again, your body responds seems to grow when you just look @ weights.. Be careful to not spend too much time lifting them, if you want to slender down.. YOu have the perfect genetics to grow and get super strong, but to get longer and lean, you gotta shave pounds Amp up the cardio.. Most fitness models do at least 30-45 minutes 5-6 days a week.. I'm gonna post an article that will fit perfect to what your talking about.. We'll get ya taken care of.. For now, do as much cardio as you can and burn as many calories as you can everyday.. You're gonna have to work harder than the average guy on the cardio, but your mass won't go anywhere.. Don't worry about the muscle.. Plus, if you burn a little muscle, you can get it back in no time if you want it back.. Hope this helps.. Keep an eye out for my post on "Shaping Your body According to Your Frame & Genetics".. Details all of what we're talking about here.. Take it easy Shane.. I'm always here to help if you need anything..

shane76 hey thanks buddy,
yeah i was a vegetarian for 3 yrs, really almost a vegan.thats the only time i seen 185.after reading the warrior diet,i began to eat meat again.so now im down to eating once per day and doing cardio hiit for 25 mins and lifting light weight low reps for 20 mins.i went for 3 yrs and didnt touch a weight but everywhere i went people would say you look like you work out.my friends always say theyd luv to have my genetics .but of course you always want what you dont have,id like to be small fram and thin.i guess im aiming for 190,by the way those medical charts say i should weigh 176,dude i was that when i was a freshman in highschool with 7 % body fat.theres no way i could hit that unless i took up a healthy crack habbit..lol.

JohnFit Shane,
I think you actually battle something that I would love to deal with.. With your large frame you are able to cut bodyfat and still look very masculine (some guys get leaned out and they get so thin they start to look really young, and not masculine).. The most popular models have good solid wide frames, with a nice dense bone structure.. Sounds like you're either carrying too much bodyfat or too much muscle.. If you're carrying too much bodyfat this is easily fixed by "cutting" with strict diet and tons of cardio.. If you have too much muscle (oversized arms, huge thick chest) I would take some time away from teh weights and focus on leaning up, and cutting out that muscle.. Most guys habitually lift weights.. To the point they get "too big" and their body swells up.. The good thing is you probably have a really strong work ethic, but channel that energy into getting lean and less on increase your muscle size.. I would destroy the cardio (become a cardio machine).. Don' t be paranoid about losing a little size.. @ your height, if you could get down to 7% bodyfat and 180-185 lbs, you will look awesome.. Don't worry about getting stick thin like some of the model "looks" I promote.. YOur genetics will keep muscle on your body always, focus on the cardio and diet & drop a few pounds.. You'll be a good buddy.. Hope this helps..
