About Me
I completed the WITS personal fitness trainer course at Bergen Community College in the fall and passed the written and practical exams. I am now doing an internship to complete my certification at the Wyckoff Family YMCA. I am also going for ACSM certification. Once certified, I hope to work part time for a health facility and specialize in helping people with weight loss. I am presently serving as coach for a "Biggest Loser" challenge at my employer, The Star-Ledger in Newark.

1) People who sit on the equipment and yack on their cell phones. 2) People who yack on their cell phones while they run on the treadmill (they're not working hard enough if they can talk!) 3) This whole cell phone thing.
