About Me
Well I am new here, I'm not a fitness instructor or anything of that sort. I am an athlete looking to lose weight and to have results of a toned stomach and hips. I play Basketball for the University of Alabama and am looking for any help to lose my "love handles" PLEASE HELP haha.
