crista So I used the TRX for the first time with one of my clients.. she loved it. i had to get comfortable with it for myself before I used it on a client. She is in good shape to begin with, I am just helping her look better for a competition..she is in the Miss New Jersey pageant

Rusty Patrick,

You can seriously "get up" for that jump serve. I'm a decent player, but my serve is nothing like that. Dang...I'm sure you would pound the hell out of my forearms trying to bump that ball into setting position. If I managed to get a good set, it looks like I would get that ball stuffed back in my face if I tried to spike it. You are obviously a very good player, judging by your pics.

jules Yeah, erging is an incredible workout (when done right..it kills me to see people at the gym risking throwing their back out because they've never been coached) works just about every muscle other than the calves.

Hahah...with your brother do you mean 100 meters in under a minute? (the world record holder, Matthias Siejkowski, does 1000 meters in around 2:48 :) but thats great that hes still pulling strong!
